Welcome from the Vacation Strategy Team
Vacation Strategy inventory can be summarized as owner level access to the Wyndham, Marriott, and Hilton timeshare systems. In total, close to 300 different owner resorts. Pricing will usually be anywhere between 20 to 50% off of Expedia, Priceline, and other major travel sites.
Room types range from Studios to 4 Bedroom condo-style units at resorts packed with amenities. Most units have full kitchens, living rooms, balconies, multiple separate rooms, and bathrooms. Many resorts have regular units and presidential units of the same bedroom size. A presidential unit will be better furnished, larger in square footage, and may have extra amenities.
Inventory Booking Choices
There are two main ways to book with Vacation Strategy. You can request a quote for any of our resorts, we will check availability live, and send a bookable quote back. Alternatively, you can check our direct-purchase inventory for deals. These can be booked directly as the inventory is being held. Most of this inventory is for check-in within 60 days but heavily discounted. This is also where you’ll find our discounted Disney rentals.

“Request a Quote First” Inventory
For the widest availability, you will find a full collection of our resorts broken down by State or International Country. Each resort page has a range of information regarding amenities, location, units available, images, and in some cases pricing estimates throughout the year. To request a pricing quote for a specific resort simply visit its page, click “Request a Quote” on the menu bar or visit the bottom of the page, and fill out the quote form. We have provided a line item for your Travel Agent ID to tag reservations to you. Please be aware that our availability is a live system and not all quote requests will come back available. The further in advance before check-in the better. All Global Travel members will have their quote requests expedited.

Direct Purchase Inventory
For direct purchase inventory, you will find our collection of discounted pre-booked “ready to buy deals” from the button below. The easiest way to navigate is searching or sorting by the desired city, state, brand, or resort name. On the checkout page just add your Travel Agent ID in the “Order notes (optional)” section
Commission Rates
All booking types are commissioned at 10% of our pricing whether for personal use or when booking for clients. Rates may be marked up at your discretion for clients. Timeshare presentations are not required under any circumstances.
