Explore the Kinishba Ruins, a 600-room ancestral Puebloan village located in the White Mountains, or head to Lyman Lake State Park to hike a 1-mile trail lined with petroglyphs created by the Anasazi Indians in 300 B.C. Investigate the world’s largest concentration of petrified wood at the Petrified Forest National Park or visit the “mini-Grand Canyon,” Canyon de Chelly.
